Chakras in Yoga

In yoga, chakras are seven main energy centers along the spine, from the tailbone to the crown of the head, representing different physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of being; balancing these through specific yoga poses, breathwork (pranayama), and meditation helps align energy (prana) for overall well-being, grounding, creativity, love, communication, and higher consciousness, with practices targeting each center, like Root (Muladhara) for stability or Heart (Anahata) for compassion.
